Product we were seeking was out of stock but we received a telephone call from a very courteous gentleman who offered us a similar alternative. This we accepted. It arrived safely the next day and we are happy with it.

Wow! Now thats what I call customer service. The gentleman who served me ( Sumedh), was Polite, efficient, very patient and helpful. And as for the courier service, what can I say, they were superlative too. Especially in these times. The driver too was very polite and efficient. Thank you so much!

Well packed and well received parcel. Amazing customer service. They contacted me personally to check on missing items. That is ones that were out of stock, so they replace or remove as per my need.
Then on delivery they called back again to confirm I received it as delivery showed left outside. Thank you.

I placed an order, but they were out of stock. The company went to the trouble of phoning to warn me of this, voided any payment and then emailed me when the goods were in stock again. They could not have been more helpful - and the six glass jars arrived intact!
