This is the first time I purchase any keys from Your store. After purchase it the customer help desk person told me that I”ll get the key within an hour but i received it after 5 hours.
After getting the first key , it didn’t worked for as it was showing that the key already activated from some other machine , then I call the person & got the second key, which worked at last.

Hi Sir,
This is OEM key, it can't be used for upgrade. It can only activate the exact version which it belongs. So please install windows 10 pro and use the key, it will activate 100%.
There are also workaround which will help you to upgrade to windows 10 pro and then use the key.
