I do not like it that you do not actually send key codes, nor a proper sale invoice. The key has to be be picked up through a link you send. This appears suspicious.
Seller responded to above that keys are not sent directly to email as user may have typed incorrect email. That is a ridiculous argument, as you are also sending link to the same email. Else please ask user to confirm correct email and then send the keys to email. Please don't obfuscate the issue.

Hi Sir,
Thanks for the update. Still, you couldn't understand what we have said in the previous reply. We will be just sending the link to email for notification purpose and for easy access first time. Even if you have mistyped the wrong email that doesn't matter. You can always find your license key on your order page. This is how the website work.

Everything is fine,apart from the customer care. There's no one to answer the call. Eveytime I call it says busy supporting other customers. But one good news is that u are likely to get a call back from them. Also it takes about 1hr-2hr for the keys to get delivered to your mail.
