Although I was very disappointed that the code did not work, I understand that DigitalCodes is not at fault. They were very quick with their response and it was extremely easy to connect with them.
Sadly, due to the holidays, I would not get a code for a couple of days. As the PSN membership that I bought was a christmas gift that had to be given today (24th/12/2017), I initiated a refund over a phone call. It was extremely easy to do and was assured that the full amount would be credited back to my account.
So although I did not receive my product, I am still very pleased with the company and will buy items from them again in the near future.
