Price wise I am OK with you. However, after purchasing, you are not allowing the transfer of the plan . For eg., by mistake I have bought Microsoft Office product (with out Outlook), and I realized this after purchasing. But, your portal not allowing me to transfer this plan. The key provided was not useful to download the iso from Microsoft site. This has not mentioned in the product description.
Upon contacting support, I have been suggested to use my own iso and put the key later. Which worked fine.

Hi Sir,
Download Windows 7 with the help of the key is not possible as it is OEM license. And we have clearly mentioned in the description it is activation key. So it will work only for activation not for download. And this applies only to Windows 7 and not any other product.
