"The program never worked. It took 1hr and a half for the steam fsx to download to my computer. Once I got it, the planes were not complete and it kept crashing. I used it for about 30 minutes. I tried to get a refund for a program that doesn't work and it was denied due to me using the program for 2hrs. I didn't used it for 2hrs which makes your company a bunch of desperate thieves for money. I even paid for a steam created A4 Skyhawk which I use to fly in the Navy, and it would never work on the Steam FSX, so I paid for a plane and a program which was money thrown away. I would not suggest your program to any pilots I know, and I know of lot of pilots looking for a reliable simulation program."

"One of the codes I got was invalid and I needed assistance to get it fixed and I waited on hold for 24 minutes and never once had the chance to speak to anyone, I'll more than likely never buy anything from this website again."

"I've used DGS a few times now and never had a single issue. The game keys always came super fast and worked. I recently bought Witcher 3 as a GOG.com game through DGS, it was $15 less than getting the steam version and although i didn't really want to use the GOG game launcher it was very easy in the end."
