"I bought a key for Payday 2 to be used on steam and it showed the order was confirmed. I obtained my code, opened up steam, entered the code, and the code was deemed invalid. I entered it many times to make sure I was entering it correctly and it still was invalid. I even attempted to refund the key but there were no clear directions on how to do this. I clicked the box to refund and it only brought up a list of suggestions that had to do with making sure I had not entered the code incorrectly or other things of that matter. I feel cheated.Never using this website ever again to buy games and I'm extremely dissapointed and angry that I wasted money for nothing."

"Key didn't work. Refund procedure was to start an online chat session. it said average wait time 15 minutes. Timer went to 1 hour, page reset back to screen to start a new session (yeh I was pretty upset at this point.). Started new chat session waited 30 minutes and then page errored out."
