"Key didn't work. Refund procedure was to start an online chat session. it said average wait time 15 minutes. Timer went to 1 hour, page reset back to screen to start a new session (yeh I was pretty upset at this point.). Started new chat session waited 30 minutes and then page errored out."

"I was buying a code for Wolfenstein, code worked fine and the transaction was smooth, however through the purchase DGS snuck in a monthly subscription, which at first didn't really bother me. However it turns out you can't cancel the subscription until 2 days before it runs out, basically trying to 'scam' you into forgetting about the subscription and paying for another month. Luckily I was able to cancel it from PayPal instead of on the DGS website."
