"Bought 2 x £25 Xbox codes to find one was already used. Spent hours trying to contact someone to sort it out. Got on to live chat who told me to log in to my account, which happened to be blacklisted as I've previously had the same issue and requested a refund. I submitted a help ticket, who told me to reset my password, when I explained what had happened, I got no response. There's no other way to gain access to my account, which means there's no other way to try and get a refund. The bargains are great, but on the increasingly frequent occasion you get ripped off, you may as well wave bye bye to your money."

"Easy to get hold on some bargains. The only con I would throw in would be that you have to take into account that a 20% VAT will be added and a small fee from DGS which will alter the inital price."

"Only bad thing is the service charge they add without any advice, still cheaper."
