"I payed for my product and it took my money but it never gave it to me. I contacted support and they basicly couldn´t fix it. A month later out of nowhere i get the code i bought for the game i was no longer playing. I did not want to have anything to with the support so i just tried to put in the code and be done with it. HOWEVER the code had already been used and now im in the trouble with trying to simply refund my broken key. (I´ve been waiting for support for maybe 5 days)"
