"I chose the wrong world and they lock that out to free players. Instead of buying the expansion I picked up the core game super cheap!"

"Almost a day and DGS didnt refund my money"

"Honestly, I don't know what to say. With DGS on and everything, DGS refused to give me a key for The Witcher 3, along with someone giving copies for Assassin's Creed Unity that had banned keys. Now my account is banned and I can't create another account. My purchases haven't even been refunded. Customer support hasn't helped at all either."
