"Keys for Call of Duty arrived very fast, but for Rise of the Tomb Raider steam key, they told me i have to wait eventualy till the moment of launch. 2 weeks 5 days. The problem is that i do not know if i will then be entitled for the prepurchase bonuses making the whole preordering action pointless. Also made a mistake of ordering a retail key for COD4 MW instead of steam and they couldn't undo the trade because the key had been viewed. I guess ill have to live with that. Anyway the huge discounts i got, over 50% based on steam prices are totaly worth buying from DGS even with the payment. Will come again. Despite the small inconveniences, i will still rate it a 5/5. The girl at help desk understood my concerns very well and rewarded me with a discount code for my next purchase. Lovely experience!"

"Spent £40 on a CD key 2 hours ago which never processed. Spent an hour waiting on someone to speak to on the live chat who then told me to wait another 10 minutes to speak to a 'specialist. The 'specialist' then said a payment error occurred (even though I was notified the money was taken out of my account instantly), and that a refund would be issued in 3 days. You'd think it was run by a 10 year old in his bedroom. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING"

"I bought Euro Truck Simulator but once I looked in my email, there was no code. I then contacted support who then claimed that they had sent the code 2 times already but yet I still had not received an email (not even in my junk folder). After almost giving up and asking Paypal for a refund I received the email three days later with the code for the game."
