"So I bought TERRARIA with my phone, but I didn't got a key or token or whatever. So I thought: "I will need to contact the LIVECHAT". Well, I waited for over 2 hours and there was nobody . That's already bad. So I made a help ticket explaining that in one way I couldn't receive any messages from them, so they could send it with mail. You know what they replied after waiting 3 hours for a reply? This: " Key was already send to your Mobile, check your inbox". I just said that I couldn't receive anything so I answered once again. After waiting 1.5 hours they replied: " Check your inbox once again". THERE WAS NOTHING IN IT. SO JUST SEND IT WITH MAIL! Now I already paid €10 and after waiting more than 20 hours still didn't got anything."
