"Basically, I got the game I wanted to get for my friend for less money, it got to me in about a minute and everything went as expected. I'm most likely going to use DGS in the future."

"There's no option to keep 'DGS ' from auto selecting when buying a new game key. Accidentally buying something with 'DGS ' adds an extra dollar to the purchase, and signs you up for a constant monthly charge, and if you catch your error you can't disable that service right away. They make you wait a few days. It's reeks of skeeze."

"I bought a game on their market, the guy tried to scam me by giving me a wrong activation code, fair enough that's technically not DGS's fault. so I wanted to contact the guy to try and get the correct code since I never activated it, but I weren't able to because I couldn't log on to their id.DGS.com because it kept giving me a 400 error, and they dont allow me to contact the guy without loggin in. So I contacted their costumer support which was to be honest a okay experience, nothing bad to say there, so they would try to contact the guy on my behalf, but she couldn't promise that would happen before "in a few days". So here I'm left with waiting for a game I wanted to play 2 days ago, and I'm still uncertain that I will ever get the game I actually paid for and really just wanted to play at the time."
