"I ordered 10 random steam keys and only 2 of them worked, 8 were duplicated. The seller was elusive, reply to my messages 1 every 6 days, keep asking for screenshots I previously sent to them. I provided EVERYTHING they asked. With no agreement, DGS.com made a final decision "According the provided evidence as well as our system indications it was decided that the case shall be closed in favor of the Seller". I think it's simple, duplicated key, period. I was shocked by that decision. I did try a second time, same process, and final decision from DGS.com was exactly the same. This whole story has been an entire month, simply unacceptable."
