"I was going to buy a steam CD key but went with the gift option. While this turned out in the end at first the gift did not show up in steam for about an hour. There was not support people available (online chat or helpdesk had a message that all systems were down) nor did the FAQ's mention that it takes time to show up and that installing steam is the recommended was rather that using the web client .... This is why I gave 4 stars ....."

"Got sent an invalid key, they automatically sided with the seller without even reviewing my case. Also paid for the DGS protection which is another lie in itself."

"Been trying to buy a game on sale for 2 days without luck, contacted support but they were not helpful either. It's annoying necause everything just worked several days prior to those couple of days I couldn't get it to work."

"The code I got worked although it took me a little to figure out how to activate it, which is fine. I don't really like that I have to pay an extra dollar to know that my code is actually gonna work. I think they should verify the code before they sell it, but I guess DGS's gotta make their money somehow."
