"The game registered, downloaded and played perfectly! My only complaint is that I wasn't able to register the game (One of the expansions for the Sims 3) on the EA site, so I couldn't claim the SimPoints that came with it. Awesome, all the same!"

"I just wanted to know why I can't use the money that is in my Wallet, and they answered me that I shouldn't send that message, that I should just respond my last ticket, althought I just asked a thing that is a different thing that I asked in my ticket. I think that if they bother in to write you, they could just respond my question, not only send me a e-mail to say me that I shouldn't do those things, it's amazing."

"I received the product fine but it too an age to complete due to the website having frequent "connection has timed out" errors. At one point i had recieved confirmation that I had paid from my payment company but not from the website and couldn't check for almost 20 mins with frequent refreshing. I even got other websites to check if the website was down or not to see if it was my internet."
