Diode Dynamics has been an awesome partner in building my 2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks. When I had an issue after having broken off a screw in a SS3 housing, DD customer service came to the rescue, sending a replacement quickly, getting me back into the woods!

I was very impressed with the pro series flood lights for the lighting output, easy install, and over all quality of product. I did have one of the light come to me defective and with 2 emails to the warranty department they had a new replacement to me with in 20 mins. Having other LED lighting brands before, I think diode dynamics has the quality for price market in check.

Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an OEM fit replacement and a ton more usable lighting over factory.

Truly OUTSTANDING customer service! I discovered, after hours on a Thursday night, that I had ordered the wrong fog light kit. I immediately submitted a return/exchange request. The return authorization was approved on Friday, and the replacement order was automatically entered by DD. Despite a backorder warning on the website, the correct lights arrived the following Monday.

I could not be happier with DiodeDynamics! Decided upon these after using countless LED kits from Amazon. The quality of light (color, intensity, pattern) is so far superior to that of the countless cheaper less-reputable brands online. The solid build quality is what first struck me the most. Installation was easy, and that’s with the anti-flicker modules installed as well. There is no doubt in my mind that these will last a very long time. If you’re on the fence, I can’t recommend enough. You definitely get what you pay for with these products!

If you haven’t tried any of DD lights then you’re missing out. This review is mostly on the A-plus customer services. By far one of my best experiences with customer service ever. They answer all your questions, go over a game plan that will suit your vehicle needs. If you need something or missed out on a previous order, they don't think twice about making things right. Oh yeah, their shipping is probably one of the fastest. Placed my order on Wednesday and had it in my hand by Friday. DD you guys F’ing rock. Thank you

This company is a pleasure to do business with. The products AND customer service is outstanding! I even made a mistake and customer service was there for me!
The halos perform beautifully, look extremely crisp and are easy to wire. I love the driver setup as it makes all functions available depending on how you want to configure them.
They are BRIGHT, even during the day. When signaling at night @ 200% brightness, you can't be ignored. Strong at 100% or braking.
Slick at low or running lights.

All the reviews that I have read and heard from countless fellow enthusiasts from Youtube, to Chargerforumz.com to Instagram have been nothing short of accurate with how great this company is and their product line! I wanted only the absolute best for my '15 Scat and Diode Dynamics IS in fact the BEST there is for lighting solutions! I've tried countless other vendors and have never really been as satisfied as I have with Diode Dynamics. IMO, true HID's are still the best for my car w/factory projector lenses and this HID conversion kit is amazing...the cutoff is picture perfect, and is bright enough with the 35W ballast for my Dark Smoked tinted lenses! Will ONLY buy from Diode Dynamics for now on..they have a customer for life with me!!

Hands down the best LED headlights on the market! Not only is the product amazing, but the customer service is second to none. For example, they're very responsive to messages on Facebook, and all over their website you can find Q&A threads which have been very helpful for me. Also, from browsing their website you can tell they've done their homework on how to produce quality LED lights - and made in the USA! There's no reason not to be a happy customer purchasing from Diode Dynamics - if you have ANY questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Yes, they're more expensive than other products out there, but you get what you pay for. I'd like to upload a couple photos of the SL1 H11 headlights on my 2013 Forester (purchased through a local dealer), but there doesn't seem to be a place for me to upload here.

I have put a set of these bulbs in a 2006 Accord, 2015 Camaro, and a 2018 Cruz.The Accord and Camaro worked as advertised. Excellent visibilty on dark roads through the Jersey Pinelands. I got a set for my son's Chevy Cruz. The passenger side bulb kept going out. I contacted the dealer I bought them from and they sent me a new set. Installed the with the same results. After not being able to talk to a live person at the dealer, I contacted Diode Dynamics and spoke with Matt. He couldn't be nicer or more sympathetic. He said that we needed the CAN anti-flicker modules, so he sent me a set. We got the same results, only this time when we swapped bulbs left to right, the problem moved to the driver's side. Matt stayed in touch with me everyday via email. When I told him the latest we all concluded the bulb was bad and he sent me another one. I haven't installed the new bulb yet. At this point I'm leaning toward a problem with the Cruz's electrical system, not the bulbs. I am writing this review to let you know that Diode Dynamice stands behind their product, 100%. I can also say the same about the dealer I bought them from. You can't go wrong with a Diode Dynamic product. Customer satisfaction is not just something they say, they mean it.

Great customer service!

I have to laugh when I see U tube video's and the person is showing how to install their LED's. Then they comment that one of their "NEW" LED's is already malfunctioning. That's what you get for being cheap and by not getting quality products from Diode Dynamics. I've not experienced any problems with their LED's. My blue map lights are the bomb. And they work as advertised. Don't forget the warranty and US made. A great support staff as well. My only go to company for all my lighting needs.
