Great - fast. Except for some confusion about DirectWells vs. DirectWalls after paying on PayPal and not receiving a response to my email about same.

I have yet to receive my balloons and it's been 7 days since I ordered. When I placed the order, it stated that it would arrive on time, but I have yet to receive it. I have emailed and received no response regarding this. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I had a great experience buying from Directwells. I couldn't find the Daniel Tiger balloons I wanted anywhere and they had them in stock! I ordered 6 of them on Friday and had them by Monday via regular mail. I can't wait to use them for our daughter's 2nd Birthday party!
