It's good, very informative, lots of very useful information. I like the way Dr. Berg describes very scientific things in a way that the regular person can easily digest. One thing I was wondering about though is the 5th body type he mentions in some of his videos on YouTube. I was hoping to hear more about that body type since I don't feel like I fit any of the 4 body types , but rather I have a bit of all of them in me. It also just shortcuts to me being 'Liver Type' since I had my gallbladder removed, but it doesn't really get into the reasoning on that. I just feel it is hard to categorize people and fit them into 'one type' and maybe this is missing the point a bit. Anyway, I am staying on Keto and working to make my self healthy first and then hopefully the weight loss will come. This book definitely helps me understand how to do that. Thank You Dr. Berg!

I think this would be great for people who didn’t have the time to be eating or juicing raw vegetables everyday. On top of raw vegetables it’s just a bit much, it resulted in a woozy head fog for me.
