My hair is young again

My husband would get up every night with cramps in his legs. Since he has been putting this in his drink, he has not had any cramps in his legs. NONE! The doctors have been putting him on potassium & magnesium for the past three years. Changing his medicine, telling him to eat bananas. Nothing helped until I bought Electrolyte powder! It took maybe three days to really start working. Thank you.

So happy to have found Dr Berg. I am learning so much. The course was interesting, and easy to follow. I appreciate every video. I have an appointment with a hematologist next week because my white blood cell count is low (3400). I’ve had trouble finding information that was helpful- most have said there’s nothing I can do about it. Just started my third week of intermittent fasting, and am hopeful to incorporate the other things I’ve learned. Now to increase my bone density score!! Bought this for my daughter who is losing all her hair due to long term Covid. She says it feels really good on her hair and scalp and wants to continue use.

I had some cystic acne and heard that iodine helps with that... so I started to take this supplement and it cleared it up in less than a week. Amazing. Love it. I will be ordering it again.

I absolutely love it! Drink it daily and feel great! One suggestion would be to add a long stem scoop like to one in the tall electrolytes.

I have had low vitamin levels for forever and taken vitamin D prescriptions from doctors and other supplements with not much result however shortly after only taking your D3 & K2, I was shocked when I was told that my vitamin D level was great and whatever I was doing to continue!!

I just feel comfortable using it, I would rather a large size than current size

Normally I drink the Veggie Solution 20 minutes before a meal or during my daily fasting periods. In combination with Dr. Berg's Cruciferous Green Support, Wheatgrass Powder, and a full protocol of Dr. Berg's supplements, I've noticed significant improvements to how I look and feel, along with dropping ten pounds over the last month. I never thought I needed to lose weight, although I am most likely now at my ideal weight through diet for the first time in my life. I was never very far off my target weight, although being an endurance athlete in the past made that fairly simple. Unfortunately, while I was a competitive athlete my diet and former supplement plan was not working, in no small part due to the large quantities of maltodextrin, whey protein, and soy protein isolate contained in the products I formerly used. Since I learned about healthy keto, and dove into Dr. Berg's videos, I now understand the source of the bloating, poor digestion, and pitting edema I used to experience regularly. Veggie Solution is one component of my new healthy eating plan I rely on daily. Finding Dr. Berg and following his recommendations has contributed significantly to the best health I've experienced! I take one gallbladder formula pill on an empty stomach before each meal and feel like my overall digestion has improved. The gallbladder formula is part of my "kit" of Dr. Berg supplements, which have been a big part of my much-improved health. I recently purchased another bottle and plan to continue the suggested use indefinitely. Intermittent fast with meals at ~ 1 Pm and 6 PM forces me to eat quite a bit of food at each meal to keep up with my fast metabolism, and I believe the gallbladder formula has helped to not feel bloated and to keep my digestion working well. I am a Dr. Berg fan for life!

The daily immunity kit has been part of my routine for close to a month, and my results have been fantastic. While it isn't easy to say which component is providing results, I believe the combination has contributed to my improved health. I take one trace mineral in the morning with Dr. Berg's electrolyte drink (intermittent fasting daily with meals at ~ 1 PM and 6 PM) and at least one D3 K2 supplement with each meal. If I am not able to get any sunshine or am feeling a cold coming on I'll take an extra one or two D3-K2 supplements throughout the day. I take the probiotic drink as recommended before bed. Following Dr. Berg's videos, and eating healthy keto for a month now, I lost ten pounds I didn't think I had to lose, and look and feel better than I have in years. An extra benefit I never anticipated has been a reduction in some hyperpigmentation on my forehead and noticeably less grey hair! Since my original purchase, I have reordered and stocked my cupboard so I never run out of Dr. Berg's supplements I use daily. Finding Dr. Berg's videos on YouTube literally turned my health around for the better, along with getting sober for two months and counting. At 54 years old I previously just shrugged off the negative physical changes I noticed as getting old, but I now see diet and lack of essential nutrients were the culprits. While it may be daunting at first to learn what supplements to use, and how to follow a healthy keto, it is now second nature and the most worthwhile endeavor for my health I've taken on. First I want to say that I appreciate Dr Berg and all he has helped me with. I have been able to treat myself and my husband with his recommendations and I trust his research because these things have improved our wellbeing.
Ok, now for the Sea Kelp. I listened to Dr. Berg about cysts (breast cysts for me) and how having enough iodine will help this condition. The sea kelp provides iodine, and since I have started this supplement, my breast cysts have diminished by about 50%. I will continue with this supplement as I'm sure it provides more than iodine.
