I'm giving this 5 stars, but it's not the only supplement I use. However, it's very important for me, because I have asthma. My asthma is mild, I think, but I do want improvement for my lungs. After tests were done in 2011, a doctor told me my alveoli were collapsing and they didn't know why. Recently I was tested for AAT Deficiency; thankfully I don't have that, but in 2011, my liver enzymes numbers were also high. Those are much better now. So, I am taking the D3 & K2 every day! This is my Vitamin D supplement ~ Thanks!

I mix this with 1 Tb of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tb of fresh lemon juice, add a few mixed frozen berries, and then enough filtered water to the 1 cup line on my blender, add 1 scoop of the Raw Wheat Grass Juice, and I love this! Thank you so much!

Love this stuff. Have been taking up to 4 scoops a day to get the dietary minimums of potassium. How interesting is it to have to incorporate, what is considered high doses, to get the basic needs of the body met! I thank you for the 1000 mgs and will be having this on the shelf for the next few month's while I get my eating methods to ingest the right amount of these micro's by way of food.
