For a long time I questioned this product as I saw no results. However, I have just realized I've only been taking half the recommended amount! No wonder there was no improvement. It's the 1st bottle not all used up . My understanding is it will be 3rd bottle before a diffrence is seen and minute change . To use it forever to keep that change going .
