Sleep Aid
I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of improvement in my sleep patterns with the sleep aid supplement. I have severe insomnia and have had problems with sleeping without medication. I’ve tried melatonin, valerian root, medication, and meditation. The improvement with the sleep aid combined with meditation is relatively reliable for a good night’s rest. I’m sure it would be significantly more effective for other people that don’t have a severe form of insomnia but otherwise this is a great supplement.

Great tasting, easy to mix and affordable. I find this to be the healthiest product on the market for electrolytes. This is something a lot of people don't think about in terms of supplements. People should research what happens when you get dangerously low on your electrolytes.

Great flavor, easy to mix. Cons: Having to wait two hours after eating to drink. Also, doesn't dissolve easily so it's hard to clean out of a glass. Tends to clump.

I originally started taking two capsules before bed because my sleep cycle was pretty out of whack. After re-watching Dr. Berg's video about this product, I reduced it to one capsule before bed and sometimes another one if I wake up at 2 or 3am. He was right in that one capsule should suffice! Two was not giving me better results. Needless to say I am a fan of this product and now almost through my second bottle. I can also say that my sleep cycle seems to have become more regular then it was before. Maybe that is due to consistently taking one before bed for the last several weeks? IDK Either way, high quality product and I am a repeat buyer.

I don’t care for the gritty feel of pea protein in the Meal Replacement Shake. Even if I dilute with 16 oz of water to one scoop of powder I can still feel the grittiness. The chocolate flavor is fine.
