I am pleased that these caps are in the correct ratio. I believe that although I have been taking calcium supplements because of lacking D3 and K2 the calcium is stored in soft tissue instead of bones etc This is now being addressed

I have been using this product for only a short time and feel the benefits already.
I am on the keto diet journey and lose a lot of fluids sweating when doing heavy work in the garden like mowing. Until I started on this electrolyte powder I felt weak and dehydrated. This has resolved these issues. I am also very pleased that this powder boosts my potassium intake. Pleasant tasting also good for kale shakes

Now that I know how important B vitamins are, I’m glad I have a good source of them to supplement my diet. I feel more energized after taking these. I don’t know if it’s this product or the cruciferous superfood supplement or what, but I didn’t get the flu this year.
