I like the electrolyte powder very much. It has a generous amount of potassium and it tastes good. That helps me to drink more water. It doesn’t have a lot of sodium so I add 1/4 tsp of pink sea salt to fit with the protocol I am following.

The verdict is not in yet; I want to give it at least 60 days (2 orders) before I comment ON THE EFFECTIVENESS of the Product. I will say that weight has decreased (slowly-gradually) and tends to fluctuate day-to-day. But I understand, per the book, that with regards to "fat" weight loss, that a MAX of 1.5 can be loss--that's it.
