Every morning the first thing I do is walk to the kitchen and make a wheatgrass juice. I don't drink coffee anymore this has replaced my need for energy in the morning. It tastes great, mixes well in water. This is my favorite Dr. Berg product. This is hard to say because I think his entire line of supplements are superior to any supplement offerings there are.

I drink the kale shake every morning. I love it because it fills me up. Wish there was more in the container. Prefer the old scoop because the new one is too short and my hands get in the way, but I still have my old one so it’s ok for me.

I love this product! It helps me sleep soundly at night and it has restored much of the moisture that I was losing due to menopause. I originally took it to help with hot flashes. I am not sure it does much for that...for me at least. I still have some flashes, but the other benefits are fabulous! I will continue to take this wonderful product!

Probably the fastest working Dr Berg supplement I have tried to date. It works but don't expect it to give you energy for the entire day. I take before my workout for added energy or early in the morning when I need some boost.
I don't like the after taste I get from taking it.
I will give it 4.2 stars because it goes give you energy for as long I will want and the after taste and price is a little high. But it WORKS!
