Probably the fastest working Dr Berg supplement I have tried to date. It works but don't expect it to give you energy for the entire day. I take before my workout for added energy or early in the morning when I need some boost.
I don't like the after taste I get from taking it.

I have been using this for past 3 months now. I started with 2 pills in the morning with warm water. In the morning I still have acid reflux but it's much better now down to 1 pill. Then I take 1-2 pills as I need it works like a great. I feel much better. I also take Gallbladder formula 1-2 pills with a meal. I eat a lot of carrots in a day and I have kale smoothie on the weekend. Eating right is helps a lot.
