I used the product as directed. When I had my gallbladder removed, my doctors did not tell me anything I should do or not to do. I was told that I didn't need the gallbladder anyway and go back with a normal diet. That was about 7 years ago. I came across one of your you tubes about doing a Keto Diet without a gallbladder. I can tell you that this opened my eyes to learn that you do need your gallbladder and the function that it does. Before using the Gallbladder formula, my digestive system seemed like it was not functioning properly. After using the Gall Bladder Formula for about three weeks now, I am having normal bowel movements. I feel better and I feel like what I have eaten is being digested better than before. This has benefited me tremendously.
