I like the book and phamplet a lot. Very helpful and informative. However not sure about the supplemental powders. Hard to tell if I notice a change. I take scoop of wheatgrass powder and electrolyte every morning with yeast. Haven’t seen any increase in my energy

Adrenal Body Type Package
After reading Dr. Berg's book, and taking his online body type test, I thought the Adrenal Body type package would be the best way to start my journey. I have noticed I'm less stressed, and don't suffer from the constant fatigue I experienced in the past. My three star rating has more to do with the accompanying bonus membership and book. I already have a copy of Dr. Berg's "The New Body Type Guide", which I find very informative and a great resource. What really attracted me to the package, instead of purchasing the products separately, was the inclusion of the Meal Maker Program. My expectations going in were that I could see or even choose foods I like, and create a meal plan based around it. That wasn't really the case here, as it suggests the same meal each day of the week; does not provide supporting recipes or a grocery list. Now there are a few recipes that can be downloaded from another location, but not many and the process is clunky. Overall, I think I would have been better off looking elsewhere for a meal plan.
