Oh boy! I received it the same day! Took it and slept like a baby and awoke bright eyed and bushy tailed!! I can't remember when I felt this good. Dr. Berg is the greatest and I will be giving this as birthday and Christmas gifts. I call it the gift of health. He is a gift from God.
I found his videos and took heed. I was washed out and could not perform any of my normal life duties. I was on the other hand, able to watch the videos. They educated and inspired me. I have followed the dietary suggestions and did everything that he said, and started having some good days where I could make my bed. ( I am a neat freak). But my down days were many. One night on your formula brought me back to life!!! I will be trying more. I have spent big bucks on many alternative doctors, and THIS is the biggest piece of my puzzle, after 19 years of insomnia. I could go on and on. But I will stop there. Thanks

While I am a firm believer in products like this. I did not feel any different while taking this supplement. Now I do want to mention that every ones body has their on chemistry so I'd at least give it a try to see how well it works in you. I did not experience a boost of energy but what I did experience was mental focus. But I can't be sure. I like to think I am very in tune with my body so I notice very small reactions. I did not have any reactions or And boost in energy. Then again I only took for. Month and a half.

what is the best way to take the wheat grass? I've been drinking it in an 8oz glass of cold water each morning. It clumps in the glass and on the spoon used to stir it. You suggest only using it in cold beverages or mixed with cold foods like yogurt or salads. I can drink it without difficulty, but I'd prefer a way that makes it comfortable to use rather than a chore. -- suggestion: include a tiny plastic spoon in the jar that measures to correct among of the powder per serving. The powder will likely not stick to the plastic like it does to a teaspoon, and you don't have to guess whether you retrieved too much powder or too little. Also, how many times per day should it be used? thanks.
