Yes, it tastes grassy, but tolerable in a 4 oz glass of orange juice or lemonade. Feel great after. I recommend shooting it and getting it over with. So worth it ! A little goes a long ways !! Honestly, every time i take this, its a whole body/brain experience...it's as though my whole system goes "aahhhhhhh"...as though i was defiecient in one of the many nutrients in this. Great pre-work out...no need for BCAA's or energy boosters.

Other than Amazon sending me 2 of these, even though I went back and corrected the order BEFORE placing my final order, I was still charged and sent 2. It cost me almost $10 to return and that was a bummer. Oh, well... Not Dr. Berg's fault.
I love this product. The "fingers" are different widths on each side, so you can customize how close to the spine you want to engage your pressure points. I love that the fingers are large and rounded, you can really dig in and it isn't painful. I bought a triangle tool from Amazon that is called something like the da Vinci tool... I don't care for it because the edges are sharp and you can't get it to position comfortably to lay on. Again, just my personal preference. I use Dr. Berg's Tool on my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. It's a clever acupressure tool to have on hand.
***update: after returning my second tool, I ended up ordering another one. One at home and one in the RV. I'm all set!

Earlier this year, I suffered a mild gallbladder attack with unusually uncomfortable bloating and gas. An ultrasound revealed gallbladder sludge, but no stones. Surgery was not advised nor desired, and my doctor only prescribed a low-fat diet which I've eaten for years because of hereditary high cholesterol. Ok, I must say I was shocked by how good this tastes and it is really chocolately.. I loved the taste. I used 2 scoops in Almond milk, and added 1 tbl.chia seeds, tsp. maca powder, tsp. cinnamon and 1 tbl. of coconut oil. It was delicious. I am not sure about the xylitol and erythitoll and how my stomach will react to the shake. Hoping I don't feel bloated and have digestion issues. Wish it had a bit more protein and bummed it has no fiber. But I do feel full and satisfied.. Important to add the chia seeds and coconut oil for added good fat and fiber...

I started following Dr Berg's adrenal eating plan 7 weeks ago and initially started using limited products. I don't know if it's the gallbladder formula or the change in diet or both but from day 1 my heartburn/GERD is gone.
