Decent addition to my self-help regimen. I use it on the floor, lying on my back. It's great for my neck up near the base of my skull but I struggle with it on my lower neck/upper traps - it want's to rock to the rear and out of position.

So I started using Dr. Bergs Kale shake as a stand in breakfast about 5 months ago. Being too busy(or lazy in the morning) to make breakfast, this shake gave me just the right amount of get up and go I needed. The shake tastes like chocolate! Not chalky, not gritty... It mixes very well with unsweetened almond milk, and sometimes in a pinch ill use water. I find that if I start my day with an Instant Kale shake, I can make it to lunch time with energy and without feeling crazy amounts of hunger. About a month ago after watching a couple of Dr. Bergs Youtube videos, I was inspired to start a ketogenic diet. I've kept up with the kale shake in the mornings (its very low carb) and managed to quickly get into ketosis. So far ive lost 23 pounds, and it feels like its coming off without too much effort. I will continue to use Dr. Bergs Instant Kale shake to help me meet my daily nutritional goals. I have a long way to go to lose this weight, but I figure keeping this product in my diet will help me get healthy and continue to lose weight.

I have only purchased one container of the Instant Kale Shake / Chocolate, but I have used over half of the container, and I do like it. The taste is very good, and it mixes very well. I've used it in a variety of shake recipes, and combined it with some fruit and other, no-calorie / low-calorie sweetners, and it always delivers. I have read other reviews from people who complain about the price. If one looks what is in this product as well as considers what has been left out (i.e., bad stuff), then I consider the product to be a bargain based upon the overall value it provides. I know in the future I will be ordering more of this flavor, and will also order the Berry flavor shortly.

Fabulous, delicious tasting form of kale. In addition to drinking it first thing each morning, I have added it to my greek yogurt which resembles a pudding, and have had additional shakes throughout the day whenever I need a boost of "clean" energy.
