I purchased the trace mineral as an experiment to see if they really worked. Honestly I have more sustained energy throughout the day then I have had in years. The trace minerals have even helped with my ability to think more clearly. Now the whole family is using it with great success. I will definitely buy this product again.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this wheatgrass juice powder. I chose this one because of the detailed description and the good reviews. I liked the idea of getting all the benefits of wheatgrass juice in the form of a convenient powder. It tastes good and the nutritional benefits are amazing. As someone who only recently started eating her vegetables, healthy shortcuts like wheatgrass juice are a huge help. Although Dr. Berg's products are fabulous, they truly are are working wonders for me. I feel a trillion times better now that I started his adrenal program - I was not familiar with Wheat Grass and even though I trust Dr. Berg and his products, being the first time I have ever heard of Wheat Grass, I was unsure that it could help me. My whole family ( I am a Soldier) is athletic and are accustomed to having steady/constant energy levels throughout the day. Wheat grass is one of the most balanced sources for nutrients to include; vitamins, minerals, enzymes and trace minerals, not to mention the chlorophyll. The reason we picked this Wheat grass juice powder is because of its concentration...this powder is equivalent to a few shots of wheat grass because it is Juice Powder, and not just wheat grass that has been ground up. If you have ever grown your own, then you will know how much grass it actually takes to get a shot of juice (one oz.) not to mention the work/time involved.

We were growing our own Wheat grass while living in North Carolina, but we left our home and had to move into Military Housing, and do not get the sunlight coming through the windows the way we would like, so this is the closest alternative to having your own wheat grass farm.

The process to keep it so moist (which is why it sticks to everything, which doesn't happen with the other brands of dry powder) is through a slow evaporation and at low temperatures which preserves the nutrient content. The area where it is grown is also mineral rich, so this enhances the potency. What is even a better review from me, is that I restudied your book, "7 Principles of Fat Burning" and started using it, as it is intended. I am using these principles - after doing the testing and ascertaining that I agree with the basic principles you lay out in your book, and I do indeed. Testing shows - what my body shape so amply shows too - that my body is an ovarian type. I tried at first to just do veggies and fruits for a short while, but soon found I did need some alternative protein to what is in the veggies. I have added

Worthwhile for temp detox and gallbladder support for weight loss.

I am very sensitive to sugar so very much appreciated finding a product I could use as a breakfast shake. I mix it with low fat milk and find that it holds my appetite at bay until well into the afternoon. It also tastes pretty good - like it better with milk than with water. I wasn't specifically trying to loose weight but find that I have dropped a few pounds. I had to buy it elsewhere the second time because inexplicably the price has gone up to $178!!!!!! I don't like any breakfast drink that much!
