I've only had my massage tool for a couple of days. Shipping was very quick and the product was just as described. There were even some recipe booklets included that were a nice surprise! So far I've noticed a decrease in the tension in my neck and shoulders. I am a small business owner and stress is a part of my daily life. Even more so, I appreciate the videos Dr. Berg has generously shared on his website regarding holistic ways to help with a variety of health topics including thyroid and adrenal health. I accidentally discovered his videos and am glad I did. They are helping me sort through and sum up information I've been learning the last couple of years on my own. Thank you Dr. Berg.

They send me the bottle which has content of trace minerals is 2.5ml but online in ad shows 5ml. Big difference and then I called customer service and had to keep amazon person in conference then they sent another bottle of 2.5ml for free. So check your bottle's what amount of supplement content is there, suppose to be 5ml.
As per product we need to start from small amounts and then go to full dosage. Not that effective but it works.

Update After Second Order:

New bottle in my last order was totally fine. I started with 20 drops in morning smoothie and 20 drops in afternoon.
Result started slowly my teeth got strong healthy and my nails are improving. I have less craving now. Didn't see any strong result in hairs yet but getting better I guess works slowly to get into your system. Even Dr.berg said in video that it takes 2-3 months to completely see result. So as far as I see this trace mineral is started showing result means it is working. Soon I am going to order for my 3RD bottle.
Hope for the best.

Wow...amazing! I just received the acupressure tool and gave it a try on my stopped up sinuses.. Sure, it took me a couple of minutes to find the "sweet spot" for my sinuses, but when I did...wam-bam I can breathe through my nose again! It was so fast!
I'd like to think that I am handling stress well, but I have a feeling I'm going to be surprised when I use this on some of the areas where stress accumulates. Well, I'm looking forward to dealing with those stress points, too!

I am a massage therapist and I just got this amazing tool to use on myself and my clients. It is great to save your fingers and thumbs from having to apply pressure on accupressure points as outlined in the manuals and videos. I also use it when I give chair massage. I am able to do in about 10 minutes what normally would take me half an hour. All I do is put the device right on the trigger point and apply about 5-7 pounds pressure and voila in about 30 to 60 seconds relief of the stress and its reflex points. I also use it instead of my own fingers to apply pressure and massage the large muscles which saves a lot of energy and strength.

When I used it as directed by Dr. Berg before sleep I was amazed as to how it quickly and thoroughly removed stress from the neck, shoulders, legs, abdomen vital organs, etc. and I was able to relax and fall to sleep quickly. Whenever I am just sitting and watching my favorite program or listening to music I have the tool in my hands treating myself whenever I can. It is truly addictive and beneficial! I am looking forward to learning more in depth techniques to pass on to my clients. It was the best decision I have made in a long time and the best $50 I spent!

I just received my accupressure self-message tool. Shipping was very quick. It will take a bit of practice but is helping with my stress. My neck was more tender than I realized. After the second use it wasn't as tender and I notice feeling a little calmer.

What time I've spent just using it from watching a few of Dr. Berg's videos on YouTube for my back has definitely helped. I usually roll my back along a round corner in my house, but with this tool it's easy to pinpoint where the soreness is specifically located. My mother has neck and shoulder pain. When time permits I'm going to read and watch more of Dr. Berg's blogs and videos.

This is a great tool to releive stress. I love using it on my neck to take the tension out. It also works to open the sinus cavities. It's helpful to watch the videos on YouTube to learn how to use the tool.

I received the self massage tool and have been using it every night before bed time, I like the different sizes and I can hold on quite well.

This is a good thing to have. I use it to do pressure points instead of my hands. It definately saves on my fingers getting tired.

I inital went to Dr. Berg's office for weightloss intervention, but was informed that I needed to address my adrenal fatigue and relieve stress before tacking my weight loss goals. I signed up for the treatment and was i mpressed by how the practitioner use the back- and neck self-massage too to help relieve extress stress from my body. I always left the office energized and alert. I made the investment to purchase the tool after my treament period was over and these days i'm learning how to use the tool. It's a very effecitve tool that when used appropriately you will see and feel the different in your overhealth health. Engerized, alertness and better sleep quality. I don't use the tool as often as I would like because it is not very easy to use. The videos online are helpful but I wish the training pieces were on a DVD, that I could insert in my DVD player to watch as I use. It not easy to download and watch from a computer screen. Nonethless, great tool that I find useful and hlepful.

guess got it and tried it on all three levels on my neck and i almost fell asleep. i have insomnia so that is a big deal. many years ago i learned about self massage for the next to help with sleep, holding certain points on the neck but doing it to yourself wasnt easy so i stopped with this tool i can get the same result. looking forward to trying it tonight

I was a patient of Dr Berg about a year ago. I would drive a couple of hours to his practice every other weekend. For as long as I was able to schedule it, it was well worth it. In addition to my eating plan, he would also work on alleviating stress (which is a culprit to poor sleep and a myriad of other chronic conditions) using accuPRESSURE techniques. I was skeptical when he said how well I would sleep that evening. I tell you I couldn't believe it but "I slept like a baby"! Because the body needs to stay in this state, he showed me few techniques to continue at home. I found this tool REALLY gets to the target areas much better than my hands. I keep it by my pillow at night and within a couple of minutes I'm down and my sleep time has increased by a couple of hours. Upon awakening, I mentally feel rested the next morning.

My husband is a very busy person and was diagnosed with borderline sleep apnea. I tried accupressure on him several times with my hands before I got the tool. He still got up tired the next day. After 3 minutes with the tool, mama was in business! He said he didn't know what I'd done but he hadn't felt that rested in a long time. I laughed for joy. You need to research the benefits of (quality) sleep. God made that a good thing! I'm a big fan of Dr. Berg. If you don't know of him, check out his videos - he makes the body, our systems and most importantly how to take care of ourselves so easy to understand. I bought the massage tool hoping for help with releasing stress trapped in my body and preventing me from sleeping. While I was hopeful, I was also skeptical because I have so much stress in my upper back, shoulders and neck. But Dr. Berg is right - the tool works like an "on-off" switch. After using it, I could drift right off to sleep, whereas normally it takes hours. After using the tool for just a few minutes, I feel as good (or better) than after an hour-long massage.

I tried this tool for the first time last night. As expected it helped relax me so fully that I had no trouble falling asleep. I also noticed a nice benefit while applying pressure with the tool up and down my front. It helped me release gas and feel more relaxed. I also have used the tool that looks like a giant LEGO block and that also helps. But I like that this tool has 3 different sets of "fingers" so it can hit more areas. I never fail to see Dr. Bergs' videos and was just waiting for a good opportunity to try this tool.

I love the tool very much and find it hits pressure points well with its design. Very clever device to use on yourself. I use it every night before I go to sleep. It works wonderful!
