I have just used it for a week before going to sleep. This small simple tool when I apply it to the points of pressure, it releases me from these tensions in a few minutes. I sleep better and better.

For the Back and Neck tool, this product gets 5 stars. It's sturdy, well made, simple and really does help to release stress. I've not had it long enough to know if it will help with my sleep patterns, but that would be an extra bonus. The tool was supposed to come with some videos via email/downloadable links. These have not worked for me so hopefully they will get their website issues figured out. If anyone else is having the same problems, just search for Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube. He has a lot of really good content there and using the tool is in one of the videos. Also, I know people think the device may be overpriced but if you have to go to an appointment regularly for relief and can cut down on the number of visits you have, this pays for itself. Also, Dr. Berg and his team provide a lot of FREE content which takes a tremendous amount of effort and resources to put together. Clearly they want to help people feel better and be healthy. One more thing, Dr. Berg's team is very responsive and helpful via email. Greatly appreciated!

I enjoy giving glowing reviews of products that work for me but I simply cannot report that I saw any benefit to this product. I realize that what it does for the system may not be readily apparent therefore I cannot give it a negative rating.

Dr Berg has a wealth of useful information on their website. It was one of his videos that led me to try this supplement for a digestive problem I've had for years. It didn't make any noticeable difference but it is possible that what I was attempting to treat was not my problem at all.

Provides great lower back support which I use for sitting in my office chair. Also helps me sit up straight when I meditate. I always had trouble with that. It's comfortable to use. I put it in a pillow case and leave it on my chair. I wasn't having any specific pains to use it for acupressure but who knows what the next ten years will bring.

Love this tool! Before a special day event I could never get to sleep- this works so fast on the beck point for relaxation. Also for those pins and needle feelings in the shoulder area, my husband loves it too for stress in a stiff neck.

I love this device. I will not be without it. When I first received it 2+ months ago, I had my first night of 6-3/4 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It is wonderful to be able to release muscle tension without outside assistance.

I bought this tool several months ago and use it daily - on my neck, shoulders, back and stomach (for the adrenals). It is much more convenient than driving to a doctor's office for acupressure sessions, yet delivers the same results. I especially like that you are in control of the amount of pressure, as well as the length of time. It's so nice to be able to get quality results in the privacy of your own home. And it's size makes it convenient to travel with it, as it doesn't take up much room in your luggage. A great way to de-stress when traveling.

I am using Dr Berg's program to reduce my stress and support/ allow my adrenal glands to heal, and thus reduce the cortisol driven weight from my midsection. I use this tool at night before bedtime to "remove the daily stress" . I find that I am sleeping better and the weight IS melting off slowly, and easily. I see the most difference in my arms and legs, but the midsection is also getting flatter. I have been eating for my body type, but I have not been exercising very much (if you aren't getting deep sleep, you can't recover and you shouldn't exercise). The biggest change is that I am feeling so much better; I am sleeping better (maybe only waking up once to use the bathroom- vs my previous 3 or 4 times per night), I have energy during the day (I am now totally caffeine free), and I am not as wiped out at the end of my work week ( I work one week on 80 hours/ one week off- usually traveling out of state). This tool makes sense, because you can't control the stress that life throws at you, but you can change the way you deal with it.

Both my husband & I love this tool. As a matter of fact, we took it to Thailand when we were there for over 2 weeks. Well worth having and I love the relaxing benefits it has for both of us.

I love this little guy -I take it to work with me every day and self massage my back while sitting in front of my computer. I bought a 2nd one for my brother as a Christmas present. It's also a great to relax by placing it under your neck. In the summer I would go to a park at lunch, lay on a blanket and use it (again, during my work day!)

I have been on a quest for about 2 years to find anything that would help my wife's health, the issues are many, but the research i have done all shows that without the proper amount of sleep health is not possible. We are changing her diet some, but when I received this funny looking tool I was skeptical, but will give anything a try, so we tried it. The results are just amazing. For the past few years I have struggled with major adrenal issues and in my quest for options I came across Dr. Berg's videos on Youtube ( highly recommend them). Since I carry all my stress in my upper back, shoulders and neck I decided to give this a try. I have used it every night for over a week now and I'm very happy with the results. I am definitely sleeping better and not waking up with my neck and shoulders so tight that I could cry like I was before. This works great for my neck, but it can be challenging to get it positioned for working on my upper back. I mess with it until I get it because it is worth it for me to get some sleep. I use it on the adrenal points on my stomach for a full 5 minutes each night when I get in bed. I think the price is kind of high given that its a piece of plastic, but when you are as sleep deprived as I have been I didn't care about spending $49! This IS helping me release stress from my body which seems to be helping me lower my cortisol levels which helps with my waking in the middle of the night. I am sleeping more soundly and I would recommend this to anybody who needs help relaxing physically or mentally!

This device has been awesome!! I have always woke up tired regardless of how much sleep I got.
