It tastes great despite the kale. Lots of protein, easy to make for a quick meal. I mix it with ice for a cool smoothie.

I think it's good, but I may not be the right person to test its benefits. I already practiced very good diet and supplementing. So after using this, I feel about the same. It's like when I went from being just plain vegan to raw vegan. Not much a difference compared to someone going for SAD (standard American diet) to raw vegan. But I will still use this because I think it's good for me. The flavor is not great, but not too bad.

I ordered this shake as a way to slowly introduce kale into my diet on a regular basis. I love chocolate, so I figured that would be the path of least resistance. I also love that is made with natural ingredients that I can identify. The shake contains no soy or MSG or any other artificial preservatives. The taste is a little different, but it's ok to me. I can taste chocolate more than anything else. I have definitely tasted worse. It has to be mixed really well or it clumps a little. A good shaker or blender work just fine and it is mixed with water. A good purchase that is good for you.
