Now that I know that I am supposed to be getting 4,700 mg of potassium a day and the importance of this nutrient, I have already started eating foods with high potassium.

The only feedback I would give is to offer more courses-I would like to see one on eye health, if possible.

Hi, thanks for this! Really! I've watched other videos of yours and you surely make such topics easy and effortless to understand. As long as I understand them effectively, I would rather watch your videos than those of somebody else with, I don't know, zillions of medical degrees. So, for me, this is like your super power. I liked this course, some of it could be presented as a mind map though with some colour codes for various constituents, they make it easier to remember for me in the long run. Also, vegan / vegetarian sources could be added to recommended stuff. I like to lacto-ferment red / white cabbage, also many other vegetables, with rock salt (a local salt from Cankiri, Turkey; it contains 84 minerals), filtered water, thinly sliced garlic, peppercorns and a local brand of probiotic inoculant for pickling. It has created miracles in my life. Thanks again.
