Great course! I do have a question though. I am scheduled to take a course of Ocrevus on 9/25 which kills T cells. From a scientific perspective would this correlate to a healthy immune system? I have PPMS

I have done many classes overe the years and this was one of the best. The format was user friendly and the sessions appropriately challenging. The fact we could retake the quizzes until we got it right was helpful and aided in my learning. Lauren at the office was very responsive to my needs.

Plan to put it into practice

I cannot directly know if this is helping me, but anything I can do to keep my kidneys and gall bladder to prevent any inflammation, then I will do to prevent any futures issues. I take all my vitamins and supplements strictly for prevention.
