Taken at night about an hour before I plan to go to sleep, though not every single night. I like this formula for it's calming effect, while it is not a sleeping pill that knocks you out. My primary issue was waking after 4-5 hours with my mind churning out the top hits (good and sad stuff), then struggling to fall back to sleep. This has helped me achieve 6-7 hours of peaceful sleep over the last 2 months of using, and I am not waking with a thousand thoughts anymore!

I have used several sleep-aid formulas over the past several months, and Dr. Berg’s Sleep-Aid formula is definitely proving to help me sleep noticeably better than any of the other formulas that I’ve tried. Thankfully, I don’t have to take the capsules every night, but when I do use the formula, I take 2-3 capsules each time. Not only do I fall asleep faster than when I’ve used other formulas, but I sleep more deeply for a longer period. Finally, when I wake, I definitely feel noticeably more refreshed with this formula than any others that I’ve used.
