I started taking this along with your new mineral formula and my hair, skin and oh my gosh my nails are in great shape. I have taken most product/supplements that promise to make you hair, skin and nails grow and they have all failed until now. Let me tell you I have bitten and peeled my weak cracked nails for 50+ years and I have never had nails past the tips of my fingers unless they were artificial... But that is not the case now.. I am 53 years old and my nails look fantastic! I have friends that have known me for years and they are shocked to see real nails! And yes all are asking what I changed..
