I have been using the chocolate meal replacement every morning for 5+ years now. I love the flavor and I love the fact that I'm getting lots of good nutrition from it every day. I'm not a breakfast eater so this is perfect for me to start my day. Sometimes I will add strawberries or bananas to it with some ice to make a smoothie.
