I can't tell you I could see a remarkable difference. Don't know if it was mental thought that because I took it I felt more relaxed of if it was just a supplement. This is the most excellent green powder I have ever used. It dissolves easier and I drink it plain without sweetener and it is mild and almost a bit nutty tasting. The best part is the feeling about 15 minutes after drinking it. I feel a flush through my system of hydration and well being. My son uses it as well. It makes the skin glow too.
