This is my favorite electrolyte powder which I have to take each day as I live in warm and sometimes very hot California. Although this product may appear more expensive than other electrolytes, it is actually less expensive when you compare the quantity of ingredient and especially the potassium. I personally don't go a single day without 2 scoops of this.
