Dear Dr Berg, I learned about Electrolyte Powder from viewing one of your many informative you tube tutorials. Medical lab results indicated that my potassium levels were much too low and I would have to eat far too many bananas, calories,etc. to increase it sufficiently. I have IBS and I am celiac and have struggled in pain for years. I have been a patient at a functional gut clinic for years. I really enjoy this product. It is helping with my digestion. I don’t think my body was making enough bile. The doctor put me on Prilosec and I'm weaning off it. Any other suggestions would be welcome doc!
