Jolly Pets - Jolly Tug Alien - Orange & Green (X Large)
This toy is well made and perfect for dogs that like to play tug and fetch. The movement of the alien's "arms" attract my dog's attention and allow her to play with the toy by herself when I'm busy. If I have one complaint, it's that the already sturdy construction could be a bit sturdier. I have already purchased two of these, and it doesn't take more than a couple of months for my dog to completely destroy them...

Mityan Okara Tofu Cat Litter - Double Pellet 7L
It would be appreciateted if a direct phone call can be given to inform me that the item i ordered is out of stock (9pcs were delivered instead of 10pcs that I ordered originally) I think it's the responsibility for the shop to take the initiative to update customers no matter the delivery status or other sudden issues before they receive the orders. Thanks.

Pioneer Pet - Replacement Fountain Pump & Adapter
I was at a loss when my dog chewed through the cord of my Pioneer Pet fountain (which is directly attached to the motor). Fortunately, rather than purchasing a new (pricey) fountain, the motor is available separately. Definitely a good backup in case of accidents!

Fussie Cat 高竇貓紙貓砂 - 原味 7L
I like how the litter doesn't get messy and everywhere because of its size. But it found them hard to scoop especially if I don't clean up right away, the litter kind of melts.
