Petmate Ultra Vari Kennel (IATA Standard) - Intermediate 30-50lbs - L32" x W22.5" x H24"
Material is good, but some nail parts are missing. Importantly, i have ordered the wrong size. M/L is too big for my mini schnauzer weight only 18 lbs. This cage allow 30-50 lbs and too tall that have a lot of space for my dog. I am afraid that it may not fit for AC airline requirement. As such, i need to return and change to M size which is 28" but not 32". The packing still in good and at original condition. I already contacted the person about my problems at once but due to typhoon, i still haven't received any response from him yet. The other article for waterbottle is good, no need for return. Trust you can contact me asap for the cage to change to M size. Thank you for your help.
