All staff, no matter the qualification, are very polite, patient and helpful at all times. I am confident that I have excellent care and share this with anyone who asks. I was a little disappointed with the frames available during my last visit and could not find anything to suit. Hopefully, there will be more to choose from when I visit in the New Year.

After been a customer to one of the larger household names, I didn't really want to change, my partner recommended Eyetech to me as she and her family where all customers and had spoken very highly of Eyetech. I decided to try it and WOW, I had the best eye examination I have ever had. Everything and I mean everything was explained to me in easy to understand terms, A big Thank you. The team at Eyetech were so professional, from speaking to the receptionist to having my eyes tested to actually selecting my glasses, I felt relaxed, comfortable and at ease, no pressure to buy and given plenty of time and choice to choose, frames, styl, even lenses. A truly pleasurable experience with a second to none service. Everything and I mean everything was explained to me at every stage in easy to understand terms, Thank you

I would recommend Eyetech to everyone, as Eyetech always delivers with their 5* Customer Service and amazing choice of frames for everyone. My family and I have been registered at Eyetech since we moved to Coventry and their staff are extremely friendly, who always help me with anything I need! I have just ordered my new pair of prescription sunglasses ready for my holiday!
