3 star only because after about a month, the tablet became unresponsive and would not go into recovery mode. I'm thinking the tablet has a bad battery. Customer support was awesome though and is sending out a replacement as soon as they receive the tracking on the return

I'm really enjoying the EX3. It was easy to setup out of the box. I was going to spin classes everyday, but now I rather ride my EX3. It's a better bike than the my gym has, it's so smooth, more tension options and so many different classes. I can do a spin class whenever I want now, the on demand classes are great.

Would like to have a lower price subscription, that only gives me ~4 rides a week. I will likely cancel this service due to it's overall costs. I believe there are just cheaper/better was to exercise.

Excellent bike has all the quality material and parts at a price that doesn't break the bank like the over priced over sensationalized Peloton bike is. And Echelon Fit OnDemand and live classes has a more affordable option for online instructional motivational and educational programs, videos and live instructors. The Echelon bike is far better than Peloton or the Nordictrack bike
