I ordered 2 licenses of Microsoft Office 2016. I did not receive the emails to download until I contact them almost an hour after the purchase. Once I contacted them, they quickly sent me the emails with the downloads. I let them download on the 2 pc overnight. When I started installation in the morning, the product keys did not work. It turns out that they had upgraded me to Microsoft Office Pro Plus. This was nice, but the downloads in the email were for the standard version of Office. Once they gave me the link to downloaded the Pro Plus version we had no issues. Customer service was prompt and good, but there could have been a little better communication to begin with regarding the upgrade. Everything worked out and they took care of me.
